John went to his appointment on 5/12 at the preferred dealership with his trade in, he liked one vehicle in particular but they could not get the payments he wanted. When he was leaving he realized that they forgot to give him the keys to his trade in so he went back in to get them. When he asked for his keys they told him why don’t you take the car for a few days and test drive it to see if you like it. When he came back a few days later to return the car they asked how he liked the car and if he would like to buy it. They gave another payment plan and John felt it was still to high. John left and came back a few days later they gave him and was given another payment plan which was still to high. When he was getting ready to leave and they said just a minute let’s see if there is anything else we can do. They came back and discussed a new payment plan, John felt if was good and he purchased the 06 Hyundai Sonata. John was very pleased with this dealership and service he receive from Greg Garcia and Bob Murphy, he said they jumped through hoops for him and they were the nicest people he ever worked with, they even detailed the car. He was able to take his wife away for the weekend and they had a great time. When he returned he had received confirmation that his Sirius radio had been ordered and he will be receiving it shortly. He said he will refer all his friends and family to this preferred dealer.

Dear CustomerFunding.com: I was able to make my appointment, I spoke with a gentlemen named Dan. They were unable to help me at Toyota. Although that was unsuccessful Dan did refer me to someone else and I did get financing and am driving my new car. Thanks for your help without your direction I would not have gotten my loan, so I appreciate your help. At the dealership Dan treated me really good but everyone else treated me like I was a number, they just got me in took my paperwork and never really even talked to me at all or thats how I perceived it.
